Will AI replace the Product Manager? A lot of people ask me this question regularly. AI will replace some parts of the Product manager role, like writing documentation, creating presentations, and taking notes during meetings. This kind of work is automated right now, but AI will not replace humans in understanding what users are looking for. In these areas, you have decided what we will be making or which feature to prioritise. Those things, AI will replace you in the next 5 years at least. But you have to increase the output you are currently providing so you can manage your company's profit and loss statement. A very close friend of mine was recently laid off. He has shared with me how much confidence you show in the meeting, or how you can grow your company from X revenue 2X is the whole game.

Strategy, Vision, understanding customer, cross functional teams/stakeholder management, prioritization, measurement and iteration - what 60% tasks you mean AI will replace?

A very generic thought, can you go little deeper, why ai will not be able to understand what user want?
