10 lpa CTC = 68,000 per month salary 20 lpa CTC = 1,20,000 per month salary 30 lpa CTC = 1,75,000 per month salary 40 lpa CTC = 2,28,000 per month salary 50 lpa CTC = 2,82,000 per month salary I will be frank about how salaries are decided. Two factors significantly influence salary determination. 1. The Product managers at Google make more money than managers at TCS simply because millions of people can use the Products built by Google, whereas TCS builds products for other companies as a service. 2. If TCS wants to increase its revenue, it needs to attract more clients who wish to develop their own products, whereas Google already has ready-made products for its users. Acquiring customers will be much harder for TCS compared to Google. Product-based companies typically generate more revenue than service-based companies.

Ah yes, the eternal mystery of CTC vs. take-home decoded again. Like realising your 20 LPA magically transforms into ₹1,20,000/month, and your 50 LPA still can’t save you from taxes. And of course — product companies pay more because millions use their products, while service companies pay less because millions use their employees!

Absolutely true , Products build basis customer need and scalability is very important. If the product is used by masses then it has a very high potential. Every product always evolves around “Why”, as long it’s solving or fulfilling the customer needs , it’s always up.
