Customers can't envision what doesn't exist yet. 2. Customer feedback has multiple noise as well. Let's say the customer wants some functionality, but at a price they are willing to pay, and the cost and quality don’t match; it fails the product. 1. I remember a start-up had made a product for the indian railway for Wi-Fi, so that when users are travelling, they can have access to the high-speed internet, but due to legal complications, that start-up failed.
