Learn to say “No.” As a new PM, you’ll receive endless feature requests from different stakeholders. The key is to align with the product vision and prioritise based on what truly matters. 4️. Great PMs don’t believe in loading the product with features—especially in B2C. More features can often mean more complexity. A clean, focused experience almost always wins. 3️. Communication is your superpower. You’re not just building a product—you’re also presenting your team’s work to senior leadership. Clear and confident communication is essential. 2️.  Be your user. The best PMs constantly use their product. It’s the only way to understand the user’s pain and improve what matters truly. 1️.
