I've noticed a very interesting difference between Indian companies and American companies.

Recently, I was speaking with the HR of Interview Kickstart.
When I asked about their hiring budget, the HR replied:
"We're an American company. If we like the candidate, budget is not a big concern for us."
I connect such companies with my students for placement opportunities.
On the other hand, Indian companies focus a lot on budgeting — and to be honest, I understand why.
The USA is probably the only country where a startup can raise $50 million in seed funding.
That kind of access to capital changes everything.
