I used to believe AI would take the jobs of blue-collar workers first. Then ChatGPT came into this world, and everything changed. Now I know that will take the jobs of the manager's job first As I always say, AI won't take your job, but people who know how to use AI will definitely take your job. #Day54 of #HelpingAspiringPMs100Days If you want to stay relevant in this market, you need to work hard. Otherwise, in the next 2 years, some AI agent will replace you. Let me share a real incident from my office. . I once asked a senior backend developer to extract some data from our database. He used ChatGPT to write the SQL query. Here's the thing - I knew that this same company had given him a specific SQL test during his interview, and I had seen his answer back then. This senior backend developer earns a 23 LPA package from the company. I didn't say anything to him at the time, but let me ask you this: will companies keep paying 23 LPA packages if all you know is how to copy-paste from ChatGPT? The answer is no. So learn new technologies - it's critical for your survival.

Funny how the tools meant to save time can also expose skill gaps. Makes me rethink what 'expertise' really means.

Gaurav Attri Totally agree...knowing how to use AI is becoming the real skill. I’ve seen it firsthand—tools like ChatGPT help me brainstorm solutions faster, but I still have to tweak and refine. It’s like having a shortcut, not a replacement.
