Reasons why no one is using JIO for making payments
• India doesn’t love generalists; it loves specialists. JIO is known for internet services and SIM cards, not fintech. Meanwhile, GPay and PhonePe dominate payments. This is why Indians prefer companies that focus on one thing—and do it exceptionally well.

• Always focus on what you’re known for—your core business. While launching new features is great, the key is to analyze the data and make decisions accordingly
