Get Your Dream Job by using Referrals
These are my hacks for getting referrals in My carrier I have received 5 offers just using referrals.
Sample referral Notes (these are the exact ones I used):
📍While sending Connection request:
Hey [Name],
I'm passionate about [Field] and an inspired by your achievements in this field.Would love to connect with you.
📍If connection request is accepted :
-> Always do some conversation in starting before asking for referral.After some conversation then message like this :
->Sharing your my resume below, would be really helpful if you could provide a referral.
📍If they have shared resume with hiring team and you want to follow up:
Hey [Name],
I was wondering if you could advise me on how I can track the progress of my application at [company]? Do you have a specific portal or should I follow up with someone directly?
P.S: Truly speaking from my experience Follow up is game changer for getting referrals.
👉💡 This trick definitely increased my conversions of getting referred 4-5x.
