5 Mistakes I Made in 5 Years (and What I Learned from Them) Over the years, I've made more mistakes than I can count. When I started out, I thought I'd be smart enough to avoid the common pitfalls by learning from others. I told myself, I'll only make smart mistakes. Turns out, mistakes don't work that way. But looking back, each one taught me something valuable -things I wish I had learned sooner. So, here are seven big ones, and what I'd do differently today. 5.Trusting Everyone • if you are a good person, then you think like all other people are good. If you speak the truth, you also think other people do the same. But I will tell you one thing: In the last few years, I have seen people lie millions of times and caught lies hundreds of times in my life. 4.Not Documenting the Communication • I have seen people change their words many times. Because of that, I have also faced financial losses. So, one of my big brothers once advised me to always have documentation for everything. 3.Saying yes to Everything • At the start of my career, I said yes to all work, but later on, I was unable to complete all the work by the deadline. Later, I understood that if you say yes to any work, then deliver it within the deadline. 2.Not Taking Fast decision • Initially, during the first four years of my career, I did not make decisions fast. I will tell you the truth of life: if you are not making decisions fast, then it will be been impossible for me to succeed. When I started ProductJobs.AI, I made decisions quickly, which allowed me to execute effectively. 1.Having an Ego • Initially, I had a lot of ego, but later on in my life, I have changed my way of thinking and also try to understand others point that helped me a lot in working with smart people. what are the mistakes you have made in your career ?
